Fozix
Disposable Bladeless Trocars and Sleeves
Fozix
The trocar is the one instrument that has to injure the patient before it can help them. Fozix keeps that injury small. A blunt puncture cone separates fascia and muscle along the fibre, so the defect closes down onto the cannula rather than gaping around it.
Entry needs no particular orientation in the hand, and the cap accepts both small and large instruments without a swap, which removes two of the small interruptions that add up across a long case.
Features
Bladeless Cone
Tissue is parted, not divided – less abdominal wall trauma and a lower risk of port-site herniation.
Universal Conversion Cap
Small and large instruments pass through the same cap. Nothing to change mid-procedure.
Non-Directional Tip
The cone has no preferred alignment, so insertion is consistent regardless of how the trocar is held.
Air-Tight Seal
Insufflation holds through repeated instrument exchange, so the working space stays where you left it.
