A curved, tapered tip dissects in tight planes; a wider aperture takes a bigger bite of tissue when the plane opens up; and a higher grasping force means the tissue is still where you put it when the blade starts to move. A revised power algorithm holds the maximum blade temperature lower and shortens the time the hot blade sits against tissue after transection. - [Fzonic](https://fourzone.in/product/fzonic/): The generator converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration and hands it to the transducer. The blade then oscillates 55,000 times per second, denaturing protein and coapting the vessel while the same edge divides it. No current is transferred to or through the patient. The transducer is the part that stays. It is a multi-use component rated for more than 150 procedures, built to an industry-standard interface so it is not stranded by one generation of hardware. - [Forza P](https://fourzone.in/product/forza-p/): A clip has to do two things: hold the vessel now, and stay out of the way of everything that comes after. Forza P is inert, non-conductive and radiolucent, so a clipped pedicle does not scatter a follow-up CT or MRI and carries no current from a nearby energy device. The hinge lets the clip be repositioned right up to the moment it locks, and the lock itself is felt in the hand rather than guessed at. - [Fozix](https://fourzone.in/product/fozix/): The trocar is the one instrument that has to injure the patient before it can help them. Fozix keeps that injury small. A blunt puncture cone separates fascia and muscle along the fibre, so the defect closes down onto the cannula rather than gaping around it. Entry needs no particular orientation in the hand, and the cap accepts both small and large instruments without a swap, which removes two of the small interruptions that add up across a long case. - [Rhino Skin Stapler](https://fourzone.in/product/rhino/): Skin staplers are judged on two things: how fast the incision closes and how the scar looks at six weeks. Rhino addresses both — better apposition of the skin edges for the cosmetic result, and a closure time short enough to shorten the anaesthetic itself on long cases. The staple magazine is transparent, so the remaining count is visible at a glance rather than discovered when it runs out, and the angled tip keeps the wound edge in view while firing. - [Circumzone](https://fourzone.in/product/circumzone/): A one-piece circular knife makes the cut and the staple line lands in the same movement, which is what compresses a procedure normally measured in sutures into one measured in minutes. A silicone gasket sits behind the staple line for haemostasis, and the anvil is a single piece of metal, so the geometry does not shift as the instrument is closed. - [Pile F Tst](https://fourzone.in/product/pile-f-tst/): The three-row variant answers the one complaint stapled haemorrhoidopexy attracts: bleeding at the staple line. A third staggered row adds security around the full circumference without changing how the instrument is used. MAC clearance, the wide viewport, the integrated annular cutter and the enlarged housing all carry across from Pile F unchanged. - [Pile F](https://fourzone.in/product/pile-f/): A stapled haemorrhoidopexy works because the resection happens in mucosa that has no somatic pain fibres. Pile F is built around that: a smaller diameter to limit tissue damage, a large housing to take the prolapse comfortably, and MAC clearance so the tissue drawn in is not crushed. The annular cutter is integrated rather than assembled, which is what keeps the cut circular and the specimen intact for inspection. - [C-Anazone-Tst](https://fourzone.in/product/c-anazone-tst/): A third staggered row adds redundancy exactly where a circular anastomosis is tested hardest — at the moment of first distension. Everything else is carried over: MAC clearance, the one-piece anvil, the wide viewport and the adjustable tissue gap. Choose the two-row instrument for routine reconstruction and the three-row where the tissue quality, the level of the anastomosis or the patient argues for extra security. - [C-Anazone](https://fourzone.in/product/c-anazone/): Over-compression is the quiet cause of a leaking circular anastomosis. MAC — minimal anastomotic clearance — sets a floor on the distance between anvil and cartridge, so the tissue cannot be crushed however firmly the instrument is closed. A large diameter ratio between the cut and the staple line keeps the lumen generous, which is the other half of the stenosis problem. The anvil is formed in one piece and is thin enough to pass without fighting the bowel. - [L-Rec](https://fourzone.in/product/l-rec/): Where the cutter divides, L-Rec only closes. The jaw opens wide enough to arrange tissue properly before anything is committed, and clamps automatically so the instrument can be driven one-handed while the other holds the specimen. A position pin at the tip stops tissue from overflowing past the end of the staple line, which is where a linear closure most often fails. - [Sazo](https://fourzone.in/product/sazo/): Two interlaced rows of titanium staples sit on each side of the blade path, and the anastomosis line runs one and a half times longer than the cutting length — the seal extends beyond where the blade stops, which is where linear cutters bleed. The Gecko Claw gripping surface holds tissue against the pull of the jaw, and a flat staple pedestal lets the instrument work in a narrow field without levering the tissue open first. - [Tenzr](https://fourzone.in/product/tenzr/): Tenzr answers the two questions a stapling platform has to get right: does the blade cut cleanly on the fifth firing as it did on the first, and does the tissue stay put while it does. The cutter head is quench-hardened alloy, precision-hardened for lasting sharpness, so every firing is a clean, complete cut. Reload heights are calibrated for uniform staple formation across the whole line, and a high pre-clamping force compresses the tissue before firing for consistent apposition. The result is a consistent anastomosis with minimal tissue trauma — and the same handle takes a manual or a powered drive. - [Trizone GC Curved Tip](https://fourzone.in/product/trizone-gc-curved-tip/): The curved tip goes around tissue rather than at it, which matters in the low pelvis and behind a mobilised stomach. It also gives a second mechanical benefit: the curve itself resists the tissue sliding forward as the jaw closes. Gecko Claw gripping and the six-row graded staple pattern carry over unchanged. - [Endozone](https://fourzone.in/product/endozone/): Gradational compression is built into the instrument rather than into the surgeon: the jaw closes in stages, giving fluid time to leave the tissue before the staples form. Thick tissue is handled by waiting, not by squeezing harder. Articulation runs through eleven detented positions to a maximum of 45° left and right, and one black firing handle both clamps and releases, so the instrument can be driven with a single hand while the other keeps the field. - [Trizone™](https://fourzone.in/product/trizone/): Six rows of staples are laid in three different heights, tallest at the outside. The tissue is compressed gradually across the jaw rather than uniformly, which is what keeps blood supply at the staple line without giving up hold on the thick edge. The blade is replaced with every reload, so the first firing and the fifth are cutting with the same edge. An isometric height retainer holds the anvil geometry constant while the staples form. - [Trizone GC™](https://fourzone.in/product/trizone-gc/): Everything the standard reload does, plus a solution to the problem every stapling surgeon knows — tissue that creeps out of the jaw as the staples form. The Gecko Claw surface resists both lateral and longitudinal movement, so the tissue that was measured is the tissue that gets stapled. The channel of the I-beam is polished at the bend, which reduces friction as the tissue enters and leaves the jaw. [comment]: # (Generated by Hostinger Tools Plugin)
