Pile F
A stapled haemorrhoidopexy works because the resection happens in mucosa that has no somatic pain fibres. Pile F is built around that: a smaller diameter to limit tissue damage, a large housing to take the prolapse comfortably, and MAC clearance so the tissue drawn in is not crushed.
The annular cutter is integrated rather than assembled, which is what keeps the cut circular and the specimen intact for inspection.
