A third staggered row adds redundancy exactly
where a circular anastomosis is tested hardest — at
the moment of first distension. Everything else is
carried over: MAC clearance, the one-piece anvil,
the wide viewport and the adjustable tissue gap.
Choose the two-row instrument for routine
reconstruction and the three-row where the tissue
quality, the level of the anastomosis or the patient
argues for extra security.
